Your generosity helps us do more in the local community and support new initiatives within the church. Learn more about opportunities to volunteer or donate online.

You can make a one-off or regular donation online.
No matter how large or small, every gift to the Church can make a real impact and is very thankfully received. All the money we receive goes into the upkeep of the church and supporting worthwhile projects within the wider community.
You can donate online directly or by using the Parish Giving Scheme which supports both regular Direct Debits of one-off giving using your Debit, Credit Card or Apple/Google Pay wallet.

Leaving a donation to your local church is one of the most valuable and lasting ways you can continue to support our work in the community.
All gifts to charities in wills (including churches) are tax-free. Therefore, gifts to your local church and other charities would be deducted from the value of your estate when inheritance tax is calculated.
If you have an existing will, you can ask your solicitor or legal advisor to draw up a codicil. This is a simple legal addition to your existing will that allows you to name additional beneficiaries.
For more information about making a donation to the church as part of your will, please get in touch by emailing treasurer@hartlepool-sthilda.org.uk.

Volunteers play an important role in supporting the church day-to-day and on special occasions during the year.
Whether you have some regular time to give or a particular skill or service you would like to offer, please get in touch to see how these could be best used to support our church.
